Keep it natural
Wear underwear or close-fitting clothing. Stand naturally and let the tape touch your body without compressing it.

Measure your body, not the label. Then use the product-specific chart to choose the support and comfort you want.
Keep the tape level, breathe normally and never size down simply to create more compression.
How to measure
Wear underwear or close-fitting clothing. Stand naturally and let the tape touch your body without compressing it.
Use a soft measuring tape and check in a mirror that it stays parallel to the floor across your back.
Compare every relevant measurement with the chart and fit note shown on the specific product page.
Measure the areas requested by the product. Bodysuits, bras and shaping shorts may each use a different combination.
Around the fullest part, with your arms relaxed and the tape parallel to the floor.
Directly beneath the bust where a bra band sits, comfortably snug and level.
Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the navel and below the ribs.
Around the fullest part of your hips and seat with feet together.
From one shoulder, through the legs and back to the starting point, especially important for bodysuits.
Around the fullest part when the style includes shorts or leg shaping. Use the larger side.

For everyday comfort: choose the larger option unless the product note says otherwise.
For firmer support: choose your measured size in a firm-support style. Do not size down.
When measurements differ: prioritize the fullest area the garment is designed to fit.
Product charts are the final reference.
Stretch, compression, coverage and construction vary by style.
| A good fit | Recheck the size or style |
|---|---|
| Secure, even support | Pain, numbness or breathing difficulty |
| Normal movement and sitting | Strong pinching or deep pressure |
| Panels aligned with the body | Persistent rolling, twisting or gaping |
| Edges lie reasonably flat | Fabric cuts in or closures pull heavily |
Confirm the size, rise, torso length and placement. Rolling can result from a garment that is too small, too large or not suited to your proportions or activity.
Stop pulling forcefully. Recheck the entry method, closures and size. Step in gradually, gather the fabric and smooth it upward in small sections.
Compare bust and underbust measurements and check whether the style has built-in cups, open-bust construction or adjustable support.
Email the product name, bust, underbust, waist, full hip and preferred support level.
