Refund policy
30-day return policy
Jwear Studio offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, shapewear, bras, and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear and returned free from marks, stains, odors, or damage. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@jwearstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags or packaging, final sale items, gift cards, or items that do not meet hygiene standards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
