Jwear size guide

Your best fit starts here.

Measure your body, not the label. Then use the product-specific chart to choose the support and comfort you want.

Keep the tape level, breathe normally and never size down simply to create more compression.

How to measure
Jwear Studio seamless shaping essentials
Before you begin

Three steps to a more accurate fit

Keep it natural

Wear underwear or close-fitting clothing. Stand naturally and let the tape touch your body without compressing it.

Keep it level

Use a soft measuring tape and check in a mirror that it stays parallel to the floor across your back.

Check the product

Compare every relevant measurement with the chart and fit note shown on the specific product page.

Your measurements

Where to place the tape

Measure the areas requested by the product. Bodysuits, bras and shaping shorts may each use a different combination.

B

Bust

Around the fullest part, with your arms relaxed and the tape parallel to the floor.

U

Underbust

Directly beneath the bust where a bra band sits, comfortably snug and level.

W

Natural waist

Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the navel and below the ribs.

H

Full hip

Around the fullest part of your hips and seat with feet together.

T

Torso length

From one shoulder, through the legs and back to the starting point, especially important for bodysuits.

L

Upper thigh

Around the fullest part when the style includes shorts or leg shaping. Use the larger side.

Choosing your size

Between two sizes?

For everyday comfort: choose the larger option unless the product note says otherwise.

For firmer support: choose your measured size in a firm-support style. Do not size down.

When measurements differ: prioritize the fullest area the garment is designed to fit.

Product charts are the final reference.
Stretch, compression, coverage and construction vary by style.

Fit check

Support should feel secure not painful.

A good fit Recheck the size or style
Secure, even support Pain, numbness or breathing difficulty
Normal movement and sitting Strong pinching or deep pressure
Panels aligned with the body Persistent rolling, twisting or gaping
Edges lie reasonably flat Fabric cuts in or closures pull heavily
Common fit questions
The waistband rolls, what should I check?

Confirm the size, rise, torso length and placement. Rolling can result from a garment that is too small, too large or not suited to your proportions or activity.

The garment feels impossible to put on.

Stop pulling forcefully. Recheck the entry method, closures and size. Step in gradually, gather the fabric and smooth it upward in small sections.

The bust area gaps or presses.

Compare bust and underbust measurements and check whether the style has built-in cups, open-bust construction or adjustable support.
